Museums Australia Multimedia & Publication Design Awards Celebrating excellence in design and communication in the museum and collections sector across Australia. 2012 Shortlist MAPDA 2012 received over 220 entries this year. Judging took place in Canberra on Friday 3 August at the National Museum of Australia.  The following shortlist was decided. Winners and Highly Commended entries were then decided from this list. Awardees (Winner & Highly Commended) will be contacted with an invitation to attend the MAPDA Awards ceremony at the MA National Conference 2012 in Adelaide in September.
